Tools
Three self-service tools, available on the Free and Pro plans. Everything runs in your browser or our web app; nothing is submitted to an employer without you doing it.
Application Tracker
A Chrome extension. When you are on a job listing, click Save and the posting is stored in your dashboard with the company, title, location and link. Move each application through stages and set a reminder to follow up.
- Saves listings from major job sites with one click
- Stages: Saved, Applied, Interview, Offer, Closed
- Follow-up reminders by email
- Notes and contact fields per application
- Export your list to CSV at any time
Permissions we ask for
| Permission | Why |
|---|---|
| activeTab | To read the listing on the page you are on, only when you click Save. |
| storage | To keep your settings and a local copy of saved jobs. |
| Host access to job sites | To recognise a job listing page and offer the Save button. |
The extension never reads pages other than when you activate it, never collects browsing history, and never sells data. Full details in the Extension Privacy Disclosure.
Add to ChromeResume Builder
A guided web form that produces a one-page resume in a format that applicant-tracking systems read cleanly. Paste a job description and the builder suggests which of your bullet points to lead with and which keywords are missing.
- Structured sections: summary, experience, education, skills, projects
- Suggestions generated from your own content and the job description
- Export to PDF and Word
- You own your content and can delete it at any time
Interview Practice
Generates the questions you are most likely to be asked for a specific role, based on your resume and the job description, then runs a timed practice session. After each answer you get a short framework for what a strong response covers.
- Role-specific and behavioural questions
- Timed practice mode
- Answer frameworks, not scripts
- Available on the Pro plan
