Terms of Service

1. Who we are
These terms are an agreement between you and Vision Pro Xperts LLC ("we", "us"), a limited liability company formed in the United States, with its registered address at 639, Iscon Emporio, Beside Star Bazaar, Near Jodhpur Cross Road, Ahmedabad 380015, India. They govern your use of our website, software tools and coaching services (together, the "Services"). By creating an account or purchasing a service you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Services. You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details confidential.
3. What we provide
We provide (a) software tools, including a browser extension for tracking job applications, a resume builder and an interview-practice tool, and (b) paid one-to-one services including resume rewriting, mock interviews and career coaching delivered by video call.
We are not an employment agency, staffing agency or recruiter. We do not place you with employers, submit applications on your behalf, or charge any fee contingent on you obtaining employment.
4. Accounts and the Pro subscription
The Free plan is available at no charge with the limits shown on our pricing page. The Pro plan is a monthly subscription billed in advance in U.S. dollars to the payment method you provide. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's terms.
Pro renews automatically each month until you cancel. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and no further charges are made. Refunds are governed by our Refund and Cancellation Policy.
We may change plan prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
5. Coaching services
Each service is a one-time purchase with the deliverable, turnaround and price stated on our services page at the time of purchase. Sessions are scheduled by email after payment. You may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice. If you do not attend a scheduled session and did not reschedule in time, the session is treated as delivered.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Services to submit false information to employers, to infringe anyone's rights, to attempt to access other users' data, to reverse-engineer our software, or in violation of any law. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
7. Your content and our property
You own the resumes, notes and other content you enter. You grant us a licence to store and process it solely to provide the Services to you. We own the software, designs, text and trademarks that make up the Services and grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them under these terms.
8. No guarantee of outcomes
We do not guarantee that you will obtain interviews, job offers, any particular salary or any other employment outcome. Results depend on your own effort, employers' decisions and market conditions. Suggestions generated by our tools are aids to your own judgement and should be reviewed before use.
9. No legal or immigration advice
Nothing in the Services is legal, tax or immigration advice. If you have questions about your work authorisation or legal status, consult a qualified professional.
10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising from the Services is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.
11. Changes and termination
We may update these terms; material changes will be notified by email or on the website at least 14 days before they take effect. You may close your account at any time. We may terminate or suspend access for breach of these terms.
12. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Vision Pro Xperts LLC is formed, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Questions about these terms: support@visionproxperts.com.
Privacy Policy

1. Scope
This policy explains how Vision Pro Xperts LLC collects, uses and shares personal information when you use our website, browser extension, web tools and coaching services.
2. Information we collect
Account information: your name, email address and password hash.
Content you enter: resume text, job postings you save, notes, and answers you give in practice sessions.
Service information: scheduling details and materials you send to a coach.
Payment information: handled entirely by Stripe. We receive a confirmation of payment and the last four digits of your card; we never receive or store your full card number.
Technical information: we use Plausible, a privacy-focused analytics service that does not use cookies or collect personal identifiers, to count page views. Our servers keep standard access logs for 30 days.
3. The browser extension
The Application Tracker reads the content of a job listing page only when you click Save. It does not collect your browsing history, does not read other pages, and does not run in the background. Saved listings are stored locally in your browser and, if you are signed in, in your account so they are available on other devices.
4. How we use information
To provide and improve the Services, to process payments and bookings, to send service emails such as reminders and receipts, to respond to support requests, and to comply with law. We do not send marketing email without your consent, and you can opt out at any time.
5. AI processing
When you use the resume-tailoring or interview-practice features, the resume text and job description you provide are sent to a third-party language-model provider (Anthropic, OpenAI and Perplexity) to generate suggestions. That provider processes the data on our instructions under a contract that prohibits using it to train models. Suggestions are returned to you and stored in your account with your other content.
6. Sharing
We share information only with service providers who process it for us: Stripe (payments), our hosting provider, our email delivery provider, Plausible (analytics) and our AI provider. We do not sell personal information and do not share it with employers or recruiters. We may disclose information if required by law.
7. Retention and deletion
We keep your information while your account is active. You can delete your account, or email us to request deletion, and we will delete your personal information within 30 days except where we must retain it for legal, tax or security reasons.
8. Your rights
You can access, correct or export your information from your account or by emailing support@visionproxperts.com. If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request its deletion, and not to be discriminated against for exercising these rights. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined under California law.
9. Children
The Services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
10. Security
We use encryption in transit, restrict access to personal information to staff who need it, and review our providers' security practices. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your information we will notify you as required by law.

Refund and Cancellation Policy

Pro subscription
You can cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly billing period; you keep Pro features until then and are not charged again.
If you cancel within 7 days of your first Pro charge and have not used Pro-only features, we will refund that charge in full. After 7 days, or if Pro features have been used, we do not offer partial-month refunds.
Coaching services
Mock interview sessions and coaching packages: full refund if you cancel at least 24 hours before the first scheduled session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without rescheduling, are not refundable. For the coaching package, sessions already delivered are deducted at the single-session price before any refund of the remainder.
Resume Review and Rewrite: full refund if you cancel before a coach has started work on your resume. Once the first draft has been delivered the service is not refundable; instead, you are entitled to the two revision rounds included in the service.
How to request a refund
Email support@visionproxperts.com with the subject "Refund request" from the email address on your account, stating the purchase and the reason. We respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method; your bank may take a further 5 to 10 business days to show the credit.
Disputes
If you have a problem with a charge, please contact us first; most issues are resolved within a few days. If you open a chargeback with your bank instead, we will provide the bank with our records of the purchase and delivery.

What the extension does
The Application Tracker Chrome extension lets you save the job listing you are viewing to your Vision Pro Xperts dashboard.
Data it reads
When you click Save, the extension reads the title, company, location, description and URL of the listing on the current page. It does not read any page you have not activated it on.
Data it stores
Saved listings and your preferences are stored in your browser's extension storage. If you are signed in, saved listings are also synced to your account so they appear on other devices.
What it never does
Collect browsing history. Read pages in the background. Sell or share data with employers, recruiters or advertisers. Submit applications on your behalf.
Permissions
activeTab: to read the listing on the page you are on, only when you click Save. storage: to keep settings and saved jobs locally. Host permissions for supported job sites: to recognise a listing page and show the Save button.
