Billing questions
How am I billed for Pro?
Monthly, in advance, to the card you enter at checkout. Payments are processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
How do I cancel?
From your account settings at any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period and does not renew.
Can I get a refund?
If you cancel within 7 days of your first Pro charge and have not used Pro features, we refund in full. Otherwise there are no partial-month refunds. Service refund rules are in the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover through Stripe.
Is sales tax charged?
Where required by your state, tax is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.
Can I upgrade or downgrade?
Upgrade to Pro at any time; it takes effect immediately. Downgrading to Free takes effect at the end of the billing period.
